Meet Rhonda Logan
Rhonda is very passionate about all aspects of property and bought her first property when she was 21.
Rhonda has developed a well-rounded property knowledge base having worked in a Solicitors office conveyancing team assisting purchasers and vendors, TIO loans administration - Mortgages, Palmerston Council Rates department, short term rentals such as corporate accommodation and short stay accommodation.
Rhonda has also managed a diverse portfolio for the last 16 years both in Residential and Commercial properties.
From Rhonda's goal to learn all aspects of property, Rhonda completed Effective and Profitable Developments Strategies Property development course and undertook 12 months mentorship with a very successful Brisbane property developer.
Rhonda has extensive experience in renovating for profit and is not afraid to get her hands dirty. Her keen eye for detail makes all the difference when it comes to staging and presenting a property for sale.
Rhonda also has a love of sales and marketing with her first sales position at 15 and has gone on to sell everything from clothes, homewares, tourism, spas, pools and houses.
Her Dad often said "she could sell ice to the Eskimos"
Rhonda's honest, caring approach and an attitude of "how can I help you" has her providing great service to her clients and her "never give up" attitude gave her the ability to sell 3 properties in one month, in a depressed market and achieve above market prices.
Rhonda was born in Darwin and is a proud member of the Palmerston and Rural communities, having grown up and lived in Palmerston for 26 years and more recently residing in Virginia for the last 9 years.
Rhonda has also invested heavily in these areas which gives her first hand knowledge of both Palmerston and Rural property markets.
After years of working for others in the real estate industry, around Darwin and surrounding areas, and faced with Covid adversity, Rhonda set about becoming a Licenced Real Estate Agent.
Rhonda was inspired to achieve the Diploma of Property (Agency Management) after finding success in selling her own properties for a much higher value, than they were appraised and told they "Would be lucky to get!" during the difficult and uncertain times the beginning of Covid brought.
From this experience Rhonda is empathetic and well placed to help other people like her and her family, that may find themselves in difficult circumstances or just looking to sell.
